These Terms are an agreement between you and wuwenjing ("the Site," "we," or "us") regarding your use of the "What's Your Love Age?" website ("the Service"). By starting the quiz, purchasing paid content, or using the Service in any other way, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

The Service is a psychological entertainment quiz that calculates your "Love Age" from scenario-based questions. Results are produced by fixed scoring rules and are not interpreted by any person or model.
The Service is not a psychological assessment, medical diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, or any form of professional consultation, and has no such effect. Quiz results and report content are for self-exploration and entertainment only, and should not be used as the basis for medical, legal, financial, interpersonal, or other important decisions. If you are experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties, please seek help from a qualified professional.
The content of the Service centers on intimate relationship situations between adults. Anyone under eighteen may use the Service only with the knowledge and consent of their legal guardian; anyone under eighteen may not use the paid services.
The paid content is digital content not provided on a tangible medium, is provided immediately after you consent, and is complete once provided.
Under Article 19, Paragraph 2 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and Article 2, Subparagraph 5 of the Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Distance Sales, where the consumer has given prior consent for products of this kind, the 7-day cooling-off right (unconditional cancellation within seven days) under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act does not apply. During the purchase process, we ask you to explicitly check a box to give this consent, and the purchase cannot be completed without it.
We will still accept refund requests in the following cases. Please contact us as described in Article 13 and provide your order number:
Refunds are returned through the original payment method. The actual time for the funds to arrive depends on the processing schedule of the card issuer or Creem.
The questions, options, scoring rules, results text, report content, illustrations, and layout design of the Service are copyrighted by us or our licensors.
You are free to share your own results page link and share image. Beyond that, without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, publicly transmit, distribute, adapt, or commercially use the content of the Service, nor scrape the content of the Service in bulk using automated programs.
If you violate the obligations above, we may suspend or terminate your use without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
We may add to, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, including the question set, scoring rules, and scope of paid content. If the Service is suspended due to system maintenance, upgrades, third-party service outages, or force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to restore it as soon as possible.
If we decide to end the paid services, we will give a full refund to anyone who paid before the end but has not yet received the content.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or completeness of quiz results or their fitness for any particular purpose of yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. For paid content, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
The limitations in the preceding paragraph do not apply to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and do not affect any rights consumers have under mandatory provisions of law.
We collect, process, and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms and will post the modified version and its update date on this page. If you continue to use the Service after the modification, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms. Major changes involving payment terms or refund rules do not apply retroactively to orders already completed.
The interpretation and application of these Terms, and any disputes arising from the Service, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Both parties agree that, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of law, the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service. This does not limit a consumer's right to choose another competent court under the Consumer Protection Act.
